Supported devices for Webex Calling

Third-party devices (customer managed devices)
Administrators can add and assign third-party devices (also known as customer-managed devices) to users or workspaces. These devices can include third-party SIP devices like door phones, overhead pagers and ATAs, and digital fax solutions.

Voice portal
The voice portal feature is an interactive voice response (IVR) system, which provides an easy way to manage your voicemail box, record auto attendant greetings, and remotely modify call-forwarding options from any telephone by calling the voice portal number, logging in, and following the audio prompts.
