Overview of Control Hub
Control Hub serves as the primary interface for overseeing your organization. When you sign in to Control Hub, you'll see an initial dashboard of your active and available services. Use the navigation menu to access different functionalities within Control Hub.

1. Alerts Center
The Alerts center keeps you informed about new features or necessary account maintenance tasks.
2. Monitoring
You can collect baseline data on your organization’s network when using Webex services. The data can help you troubleshoot issues that your users run into, such as identifying if a low-quality meeting is caused by a network problem. If issues come up with a Webex service, or to check the status of your services, go to Monitoring and then select Troubleshooting.
3. Management
Various tools and features are available for overseeing your organization's Webex services and resources. These include functionalities for handling users, devices, settings, and more within your Webex environment.
- Users
You have quick access to a comprehensive list of all users in your organization. The Status column indicates if they have activated their accounts. If a user hasn't activated after being invited, click the ellipsis and select Resend Invitation.
Click on a specific user to manage their account or view details about their active services.
- Groups
Organize similar users with groups for efficient bulk management of user assignments, settings templates, and resources.
- Workspace
A workspace is a designated area like a lobby, break room, or conference room that houses one or more devices. Shared devices can be set up into these workspaces where you can add services for collaboration to take place.
- Devices
You can add, manage, or search for all the devices within your organization, regardless of whether they are assigned to a user or part of a workspace. Here you can add a device to a user, add shared devices to a workspace, generate activation codes, lock device settings, and more.
- Settings
Customize and set organization-wide configurations for Webex. By adding and managing a Webex site in Control Hub, additional Webex Meetings settings become available. You can personalize branding and support settings for customers in Webex Control Hub, incorporate problem reports and Help URLs for users, or activate Single Sign-On directly from the settings page.
4. Services
Set up, configure, and monitor the activation status of both cloud and hybrid services. Depending on your organization's setup, various services may fall under either the Cloud or Hybrid section.
Most of our how-to guides focus on how to set up and manage your Calling services.
