Configure sequential ring

The sequential ring feature rings multiple devices one after the other for incoming calls. You can add up to 10 phone numbers to ring in sequence after your primary device.

To access sequential ring settings, follow these steps:

1. Tap your Profile icon.
2. Select Settings, then Calling.
3. Select Advanced Call Settings.
4. Expand Incoming Calls. 

5. Under Sequential Ring the following options are available: 

• Ring Base Location First — Rings your primary device before the additional numbers. Turn on the toggle to enable. Use the Number of Rings dropdown to set how many times your device rings before moving to the next number. Check Continue if Busy to continue ringing additional numbers even when your primary device is busy.

• Caller May Cancel — Allows the caller to press a key to cancel the sequential ring. Turn on the toggle to enable.

• Ring Numbers — Expand this section and enter a number in the Set Number field to add additional devices to the ring sequence.

• When to Ring — Allows you to set a schedule for when sequential ring is active.

Sequential ring is not available to all users. Contact your administrator to confirm availability.
