Put a call on hold

While you're on a phone call with someone, you can put them on hold so that you can make oranswer another call or get more information.

1. While on a call, select More.
2. Click Hold.

3. After you put the call on hold, your spaces list shows that it's on hold.

To go back to a held call:

1. Select On hold by the call in the spaces list.
   ‍
   Note: You can also click the call in the messaging panel to bring the calling window to the front of your screen. Proceed to click resume.
   ‍
2. Click Resume.
