Conference

Use the conference call feature to merge calls, allowing two or more participants in a unified conversation.

To initiate a conference call:

1. Initiate the first call - call one of the participants.
2. Initiate the second call - call the second participant and the first participant is automatically placed on hold.
3. Merge calls into a conference Select the Merge call in conference button on the row corresponding to the initially held call inside the current Calls tab.

4. Manage the conference and participants
   a. On starting the conference, hover on the Participants icon to view the participants in the call.
   b. You can use the Hang up, Hold, and the Resume functions during the conference.

To include more participants, initiate new calls. Repeat the merging process using the Merge call in conference button and add the participants into the ongoing conference call.
