Colleague directory
Use the colleague directory for convenient access to vital details about employees within the organization in one place. This includes instantly retrieving contact information, presence updates, extension numbers, mobile numbers, as well as email addresses or personal contact notes.
To access this:
- Locate the Colleague directory tab.
- In the search field, enter the person’s name, number, or email. and
- Click enter or the search icon.
Hovering over a contact reveals specific actions, such as:
- Adding or editing a note
- Calling the mobile number
- Calling the extension

You can also find a description of the presence status for the contact. If configured, this description includes both Webex and team presence.
