ATA and Feature Access Codes

Feature Access Codes (also known as “star codes”) are entered through the phone keypad to control the configuration of certain features. For features that require additional input, follow the audible prompts to provide the required additional information.

Feature Access Codes allow an alternative method of controlling the same features that can be enabled or disabled on the Calling User Portal dashboard. Changes made using Feature Access Codes are reflected on the Calling User Portal dashboard.
