Manage Attendant Console
Attendant Console is a web-based solution merging the functionality of Webex App and/or the desk phone with a user-friendly desktop interface. It allows your users to handle calls efficiently, whether within or beyond your organization. With this tool, users can screen incoming calls, manage contacts, and keep an eye on calls in a queue.
Assign Attendant Console to a user
As an administrator, you can enable the Attendant Console for a user.
- From Control Hub, go to Management and select Users.
- Select the user you’d like to assign the Attendant Console to.
- Select Calling.
- Under User call experience, select Attendant Console.
- To enable, select the toggle.
- Select Save to save your changes.
View the list of configured users
As an administrator you can view the list of configured users for Attendant Console in Control Hub.
- From Control Hub, go to Services and select Calling.
- Select Features and then select Attendant Console.
