Step 1: Log in to the End User Portal for the First Time
Once your administrator has set you up as a user, you will receive an email to access the Calling User Portal through Cisco Webex (settings.webex.com). Follow these steps to log in for the first time:
- Click on the link from the email or the link provided to you by your administrator.
- You will be prompted to create a new password.
- Select Save.
- Enter your email address and select Sign In.
- This will take you to your Cisco Webex settings dashboard.
- Select the Webex Calling tab to be navigated to your Calling User Portal where you can set up and modify your user calling settings.
Step 2: Change Your Calling Settings
You can manage settings and features directly in the Webex Calling app; however, you can access more functionality in Webex Settings, such as voicemail notifications, contact management, call history, and more.
- Go to Cisco Webex at settings.webex.com.
- Select the Webex Calling tab to be navigated to your Calling User Portal where you can set up and modify your user calling settings.
- Choose any of the following options:

To create a voicemail PIN so that you can access your messages from the app, click the drop-down arrow at the top right, select Account Settings, and under Security, click Change Voicemail PIN.
- Call History – View a list of all of your incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
- Call Settings – Turn on calling features such as Call Forward, Simultaneous Ring, and Call Waiting. Some features, such as Do Not Disturb, you can also turn on from the Webex Calling app itself.
- Directory – On this tab, you can manage and add contacts.
- My Apps – Access installation files for the Webex Calling app. More details on installing applications in Step 3 of this guide.
