Modify the Webex App to Only Show Calling

If you’d like for your users to only see the calling capabilities in Webex, you can create a scaled-down calling-only version.

1. From Control Hub, go to the Users tab.
2. Select the user you would like to modify, and the pop-up will appear on the right.
3. Next to Services, select Edit Licenses.

4. On the pop-up, select Edit Licenses.
5. In the Messaging column, make sure to uncheck Basic Messaging and Advanced Messaging.

6. Click Save.
