Edit your profile information
Use the Profile tab to update your personal information, view your line’s details, and update your password. Note: Users can see their address information but cannot update their location.
Basic info
The following is classified as basic information and can be updated when necessary:
- Profile Picture - Click Update picture to upload a new profile photo from your computer. Click Save when done.
- First name - Displays your first name.
- Last name - Displays your last name.
- Display name - Choose a different name to display during meetings. This is what other users will see.
- Email - Your email address. Click Update to change this.

Security
To change your password:
- Click Reset.
- Enter the new password and confirm it on the second line.
- Click Save.
Access additional profile settings
Use the Profile icon to change your display preferences language, access more features, and sign out of User Hub. Click your profile photo or initials to view the following options:
- Always use dark theme - Converts your display to a dark theme. Select this again to change back to a light theme at any time.
- Language - Choose a display language for User Hub.
- More Features - Access additional features:
- My contacts - Opens your company directory and personal contacts.
- My reports - View usage information for your meetings.
- Meet now settings - Access settings for instant meetings that you start by selecting Meet Now.
- Insights - View meeting insights such as the number of meetings hosted or participants in meetings.
- Support - Get Verizon support through help articles or contact Verizon for additional assistance.
- Feedback - Send feedback to improve User Hub.
- Sign out - Signs you out of User Hub.
