How to filter recordings

When you first log in to the dubber web application, you are taken straight to the Recordings page. On the Recordings page, you can view all of the recordings you have access to. To search and filter recordings:

  1. At the top of the Recordings page, there are several filter options that allow you to quickly filter the recordings.
  2. You can also enter any keywords into the search bar at the top right of the page.
  3. Once your filters are applied and your search terms are entered, the recorded calls that match the information you’ve entered show underneath.

How to download recordings

Account administrators have the ability to download recordings. To download:

  1. On the Recordings page, find the recording you’d like to download.
  2. Select the Download icon next to the recorded call.
  3. A pop-up window appears.
  4. Click Download a copy.

How to delete recordings

Account administrators have permission to delete recordings. To delete a recording:

  1. On the Recordings page, find the recording you’d like to delete.
  2. Select the Delete icon next to the recorded call.
  3. A pop-up window appears.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Click Confirm. You will receive a notification confirming that the recording has been deleted from the system.

How to manage recordings

  • Play calls - You can play any call within the Dubber web application by using the play button on the left-hand side of each recording. Pressing the same button again allows you to pause and resume the playback of the call. The waveform has a marker to show where you are in the recording.

  • Fast forward or rewind calls - It's easy to fast forward or rewind the call. Click on the waveform to skip to a different part of the recording.
  • Note: While the call is being played, new icons appear below the waveform.

  • View additional metadata - Click the recording Information icon to see additional metadata of the recording:
    • Time and date the call was recorded
    • Duration of the call
    • Who the call was from
    • Who the call was to

  • Share and/or tag the recording - Click the Share icon next to the recording you’d like to share. Click the Tag icon to add a tag to a recording.
  • Note: The ability to download and delete recordings is also available, but only to admin users.
