My Personal Room
You can change the name, URL, and host PIN of your Personal Room, and designate alternate hosts or cohosts for your Personal Room meetings. For added security, you can set your Personal Room to automatically lock after the meeting starts. People cannot enter a locked meeting; they wait in your lobby until you let them in.
- Basic info - View or update your Personal Room name, and link. You can also enter a host PIN if you want to start a Personal Room meeting by phone or video system or a scheduled meeting by phone.
- Auto lock - Automatically lock your personal room after the meeting starts. People will wait to join until you admit them or until you unlock the room. Click the toggle to enable and select the number of minutes to set the auto-lock for.
- Cohosts - Cohosts can start the meeting on your behalf and share meeting privileges with you. After the meeting starts, you can make any participant a cohost. If you want to pre-assign cohosts before the meeting, select one of the cohost options in this section.
- Video devices - Use the toggle to enable this feature if you’d like video conferencing systems to start and join meetings without a prompt.
- Mute attendees - Choose a mute option, whether you want to allow attendees to unmute themselves in a meeting or always mute attendees when they join the meeting.
- Share content - Click the toggle to let anyone share content in your PR.
Note: Your personal room name must be between 1 and 128 characters. Your host PIN must be exactly four digits. It can't contain sequential digits, such as 1234, or repeat a digit four times, such as 1111.

You can also set an audio PIN, this is used to provide a secondary level of authentication for calls where the host is using the phone and may need to invite additional attendees.
