Access Your Speed Dial Contacts

You can access your speed dial contacts list to view, search for, and add new speed dial contacts. Speed dial contacts have a speed dial assigned to them, whereas non-speed dial contacts do not have a speed dial assigned. 

  1. Sign in to User Hub.
  2. Click Settings > Calling > Call settings.
  3. You have the option to choose between Speed dial contacts and Non-speed dial contacts.

Add a speed dial contact to your database

  1. From the contacts window, click Add contact.
  2. Enter the following:
    • Name
    • Phone Number
  3. If you would like this contact as a speed dial, use the drop-down menu and select the speed dialing spot.
  4. Click Add when complete.
