How to log in to your account

When you subscribe to Dubber, you will receive a welcome email. This email confirms that the email address provided is correct. Click the Confirm Your Email Now button to activate your account. You are directed to the Dubber web application, where you will be asked to set a password for your account to ensure your recordings are protected.

1. Enter a password that matches the following criteria in the provided field:
   1. At least eight characters long.
   2. Contain upper and lowercase characters.
   3. At least one special character (@, #, $, %, !, -).
2. Re-enter your password in the Verify password field.
3. Click the submit button.

You can now log into Dubber using your new password and email address.

How to search for recordings

Users can search for any recorded content from the recordings page. At the top of the page, a search box uses simple internet-based searching to find calls using any criteria stored in the metadata.

1. Enter your search criteria.
   1. For example, the Dubber user’s name. Typing the user's name in the search bar will display all calls to/from the user. You can also search for other terms to further narrow the search results. To do this, add a space after the user’s name and enter another keyword. This will retrieve calls involving users that have also been tagged as your keyword.

For a more advanced search:

1. Click the arrow at the side of the search bar.
2. Here you can filter by specific users and by date and time.
1. When filtering by date, you can choose a set date range or create custom date ranges. You can even filter by the time of day to further narrow your search query.

How to star favorite recordings

A simple way to highlight important calls is to use the star function on the right side of each recording. You'll see a star icon next to the time of the call. By clicking the star, you can highlight multiple recordings that are important.

To favorite a recording:

1. Search and locate the recording.
2. Once located, click the Star.
3. It changes to yellow when the recording has been marked as a favorite.

Favoriting recordings make them easy to filter.

How to securely share recordings

Dubber provides a highly secure way to share recordings that do not require users to download a file.

To share a call:

1. Click on the share icon on the right side of the recording.
2. A pop-up window will open.
3. Enter the recipient's email address.

Note:  There is a preset message that you can edit to give the recipient information about the call before sharing the recording.

4. You must check the checkbox to confirm you understand the call will be shared.
5. Click Share.

A confirmation will appear for successful completion. The recipient will receive an email with the link to the recording. For security purposes, this link is only valid for the next 24 hours or for a maximum of 50 plays, whichever comes first.
